Essay "The prison"

In the class of Literature we read a story called "The prison" and in the class of writing, the teacher told us to write an essay of the story "The prison" written by Bernard Malamud talked abouta girl that stole chocolate and the man of the market called Tomy wanted to help the girl. This essay will analyse some themes of the story, which are "Life as prison" and "Hope for a change". "Life as prison" was a vert important theme in the story. Talked about, Tony (the man of the market), his life was like a prison because he was obliged to marry with someone he did not love and work in a place he did not like just because some mistakes in the past. "Tony would marry her and the father-in-law would got out of his savings" "Hope for a change" was another important theme, because Tony wanted to help the girl so he wanted a change. Because he wanted to give a message to the girl because he lived the same. "He found himdelf thinking about the way his life has turned oyt, and then about the girl, moved that she was so young and a thief" This essay mentioned what was the story about and analysed the themes of the story, which are "Life as Prison" and "Hope for a change". In my opinion this is a very good story because gave us a message for people, that you do not have to steal, because when people are little they steal things of the market (some of them)
